2. What is mobile auto detailing?
Mobile detailing means we come to you—your home, office, or preferred location. Our fully equipped detail vehicles carry everything needed to clean, restore, and protect your vehicle on-site.
3. Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes. Four Seasons Mobile Detailing provides its own water supply and power source, making the service completely convenient for you. No hookups needed.
4. Do I have to be present during my appointment?
No, you do not have to be physically present for your appointment, provided the vehicle is unlocked, accessible, and our tech(s) can reach you via either phone or text message.
5. How long does a detail take?
Service times vary depending on vehicle size and condition:
Exterior Detail: 1-1.5 hours
Interior Detail: 1–2.5 hours
Full Detail: 2–4 hours
Deep Cleaning / Heavy Pet Hair: additional time
We never rush—quality takes time.
6. How do I book an appointment?

7. What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is collected after services are completed via electronic invoice.
8. Do you detail heavily soiled vehicles or excessive pet hair?
Yes—we handle tough jobs including:
– Heavy dirt and mud

Extra charges may apply depending on severity, but we’ll always be upfront. We DO NOT HANDLE BODILY FLUID CLEANUP!
9. What happens if it rains on my appointment day?
Because we work outdoors, we may need to reschedule depending on the weather. Light rain may be manageable under a canopy, but storms require a new appointment for safety and quality
10. How often should I get my vehicle detailed?
For Montgomery County’s changing seasons (salt in winter, pollen in spring, sun in summer, leaves in fall):
– Exterior protection/wax: every 4-6 months
– Interior detail: every 6 months
– Full detail: 2 times per year

13. Will detailing remove scratches or paint imperfections?
We can reduce or eliminate:

Deep scratches that catch your nail usually require bodywork. We’ll inspect and advise the best solution.
14. Do you clean engine bays?
Yes, we offer safe, low-pressure engine bay cleaning upon request. It’s not included in basic packages.
15. How should I prepare for my detailing appointment?
– Remove personal items from the vehicle
– Provide enough space for us to work
– Let us know any problem areas
We handle all the rest.
16. Can you detail my car at my office or apartment complex?
Yes—provided property management allows it and we have enough space to work safely. We’re happy to check with you or advise beforehand.
17. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
At Four Seasons Mobile Detailing, we understand life happens – we are parents to four boys ourselves! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give 24 hours notice so that we can try and fill your appointment time with another job for our tech(s). Last-minute non-emergent cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee.
